David Catalán@ Milan Fashion Week Uomo & PT Fashion FW20-21

“David Catalán is a reference in the fashion world. After having stepped on several weeks of national and international fashion, it was time to be invited by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana to present its new collection in Milan Fashion Week.”. This was one of the many phrases that have appeared in many newspapers and online sites in the past few days. Present collections at one of the most prestigious fashion weeks in the world, Milan Fashion Week: this  is not for everyone.

A fashion week like the Milan Fashion Week , where the most prestigious brands in the fashion world, such as Gucci , Prada, Versace and many other prestigious  brands in the world.

In the last season, David Catalán had already presented in Milan, with the support of Portugal Fashion, but this time,  unlike previous international performances, David Catalán did not share the catwalk with anyone.

In anticipation of the Gucci show, David Catalán presented on January 14, 2020 his new autumn-winter collection 2020-2021. A collection inspired by the universe of Football Casuals. It has as its starting point the wardrobe of the supporters, fans or cheerleaders of the various English football teams. Its iconic garments,  are a fundamental reference for choosing the core pieces of the collection. The colors emphasize chromatic games that best illustrate the fans 'environments on their teams' game days. The team scarves were a central element, combined with blazers, knitwear, tracksuits, quilted jackets and varnished pieces. The silhouette reflects the identity of the style of football casuals using key pieces of this movement.

The Autumn/Winter 2020/2021 collection proposes a wardrobe with a relaxed attitude, with a retro but, at the same time, contemporary spirit using innovative materials and adapted to the needs of the current consumer.
