General Conditions
David Catalán ensures all customer data is confidential, used solely by yourself, and not cede or sell to third parties. On the day of shipment of your order, we will send you an email notifying you. Each order will only be sent after confirmation of your payment by the bank.
David Catalán cannot be held responsible for the conditions of delivery since many factors are beyond our control.
Prices indicated are in Euros and include the VAT rate in force, and do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise specified.
The confirmation of an order implies full and unreserved adherence to the terms of sale and the prices indicated on the site.
If there is price change of shipping orders on the part of carriers, David Catalán, has the right to change the values in question, notifying the client.

Access usage of the online shop www.davidcatalan.store grants visitors the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user. David Catalán may at any time amend, in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions contained herein;
How to place an order
To place an order, you need to follow the steps below:
Choose the products you want and add them to the “cart” in the top navigation bar, on the right;
Continue to "your e-mail", “shipping” then to "Additional Information";
Enter your e-mail, personal data and the information regarding the delivery address and the billing address;
Choose a payment method "Payment & Discounts" and click “Review & Purchase”. When activating the button “Review & Purchase” on the order form, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale as specified on the Website at the time of purchase;
Make the payment;
If the payment is authorized, the Customer will receive an order confirmation.
A copy of the order confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s email address. It is recommended that you print or download this copy for possible future reference.
For some products, the purchase may be limited to a certain number of items;
Methods of payment
The payment methods available are: Credit Card and PayPal.
Credit Card
Use this payment method, considered one of the safest, fastest, and easiest ways to pay online with all the security and anonymity.
This method allows immediate processing of orders since it is not necessary to send any proof of payment.
PayPal
The world's most well-known online payment system and it is an entirely secure method of payment.
Prices and Currency
The prices listed in the Online Shop, which include VAT at the applicable rate in effect at the time of purchase and the related shipping costs are quoted separately before the final purchase validation step;
The buyer assumes the sole responsibility for any other costs resulting from orders shipped abroad, in particular, customs clearance costs;
The prices listed in the Online Shop are subject to change. David Catalán reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. However, once we receive the confirmation of your order, the amount due on it will not be changed;
David Catalán cannot be held liable for any changes in the exchange rates applied by any bank (in currencies other than the euro).
Delivery
We ship Worldwide.
The shipping charges are calculated automatically depending on the destination and the rates in effect at the post office or delivery.
Your order will be shipped via regular mail or MRW or UPS and we estimate it will be delivered within 1-5 working days (Portugal Main Land); Islands (Madeira and Azores) 5-7 working days, Europe 5-8 working days, Rest of the world: 8-10 working days.
Your order will be processed upon payment confirmation.
Please consider that:
We need to run updates, which we promise to carry out in the shortest possible time;
There may be several purchases made simultaneously which can cause the product you ordered to be no longer available. If this is the case, you will be contacted via e-mail and the amount you paid will be refunded to you;
The color of displayed products may differ slightly from real-life colors depending on your computer color settings.
