Return Policy
Returns
We recommend checking the order box upon delivery. If the box is damaged, please take a picture and report it to the carrier and us as soon as possible. We accept returns for products if they are unused and/or unopened with tags, within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns for underwear, swimwear, or sale items. Please contact us prior to making a return by sending an email to store@davidcatalan.es. Please note that the buyer is entirely responsible for the cost of returning items. For your protection, we recommend that you use a registered mail service and retain your postage receipt. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged items in the return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information.
Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel your order, within the next 72 hours after being placed, due to the unavailability of any item, as we work with other several platforms and stores.
Defective item
If the product ordered is defective or non-compliant and the return is approved, David Catalán will refund the amount of the product and delivery costs, as well as direct costs incurred by the return within thirty (30) days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made in the same way as your original payment.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact store@davidcatalan.es
I have not received my order
If you have not received your order by the projected delivery date and you have not been notified via email, please e-mail us at: store@davidacatalan.es (subject: ”I have not received my order”). We will do our best to make sure you still get your order.
